Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on non custom orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligible returns must be in its original and unworn condition, with tags intact, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note shipping and handling charges are non refundable and an automatic 20% restocking fee is subtracted, which covers the label and shipping cost.

Please note, all returns are at the customer's cost. Packages that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until received by Millie Stevens. The refund will not be processed until we have received the package. Please note, Millie Stevens does not accept liability for returned goods. To this end, we would suggest using a trusted courier or postal service and keeping your tracking details until we have confirmed a safe receipt. Any items returned to Millie Stevens that have been worn with tags removed will not be accepted for a refund and returned to the Customer.

We do NOT accept cancellations, returns or refunds on custom orders

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@milliestevens.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Millie Stevens does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
